Fix problematic dies quickly and easily with Harvest Zbase. This full bodied, controlled viscosity material burns out cleanly and is used for blocking out undercuts and air bubbles on dies prior to wax up procedures. It can also be used for joining cast parts together for soldering matrix, positioning clasps or wires for soldering matrix, joining wax bridge segments together for casting and holding position attachments and implant parts. Once applied it is simply shaped and then cured with an accelerant liquid (ZBase Die Blocker Accelerator). ZBase is a valuable utility in any laboratory.
