The automatic tool changing is very useful as this enables the machine to easily switch between different materials. Milling of Lithium Disilicate restorations takes between 20-25 minutes depending on size. Premill just 15 minutes, again size dependant. Lithium Disilicate/Cameo Glass ceramic can be milled down to 0.2mm. The nesting holder can take 6 individual 55mm blocks. With a touch sensitive control screen, supporting multiple languages, the user interface is very simple to operate and intuitive. The spindle itself is 1500W and rotates at 60,000rpm, the rotary axis travel angle is a complete 360 degrees making this a very high performance unit. We can supply the entire workflow from the Cameo Intraoral Scanner or Lab scanners, right through to the milling blocks or discs and sintering furnaces, a completely validated workflow, should you require this.
