A two-part polyurethane based material for fabricating accurate, srong models and dies during the preperation of fixed or removable precision castings. Exhibiting outstanding working characteristics, the material can be poured easily to form the model without vibration, centrifugal force or a pressure pot; the resulting model is ready after only one hour setting time. Accurately duplicating the impression, the material produces models and dies with exceptional edge strength and abrasion resistance so that the small, delicate portions are less suseptable to breakage. Because of the ample working time the impression can be throughly wetted and after hardening the material grinds, trims and saws easily. This kit contains 200ml base, 100ml hardener, 400gm filler, a wooden spatula and 3 measuring beakers. Hardness after 3 hours: Shore D hardness 82, pressure resistance 60N/nm2, bending strength 35N/nm2.
