The PHOTOPOL Vacuum+Gas unit, is equipped with 6 special circuits (8-LEDs Hi-Power SMD, 48 LEDs in total) with optical reflectors, developed to maximise the irradiation effect. The operating spectrum enables the post-curing of 3D printed components, fabricated from light cured resins of 385nm and 405nm wavelengths. The PHOTOPOL features a touch screen with a full colour display, for manually selecting the curing parameters and to save or select stored programmes. All curing cycles can be performed under vacuum and Nitrogen (a powerful but small oil-less pump is built in, that removes the air in the chamber, before it is flushed with Nitrogen). The unit can be connected to an external regulated (Nitrogen N2) cylinder.
