The Mestra PlastPress is a compact and accurate pressure former for 120mm-130mm round and square blanks up to 6mm thick. Economically priced with a small footprint, this unit has a very quiet 450W motor which starts automatically once the blank holder is lowered. The heater provides progressive and uniform heating of the blank material prior to forming. The machine is supplied with a model table and holder basket that can be filled with glass beads so that the model depth is reduced. Compatible with square thermoforming materials from 120mm - 130mm and round materials from 120mm - 134 mm diameter up to 6mm thickness.
