These IQ sculpturing waxes are for the Natural Wax-Up Technique (NAT). The concept of NAT is an internationally recognised working concept for the restoration of occlusal surfaces. Several universities in Germany teach and use this worldwide unique and scientifically closed concept. It is also popular in Italy, Japan, Korea, and Switzerland amongst many other contries. The natural, mechanical motion coordinates refer to the 'occlusal compass' and are reflected in the waxing-up concept. Each functional direction corresponds to a wax colour in order to recognise immediately the influence of the single segments on the masticatory movements. The development of this unique working concept of functional morphology was possible due to close long-term cooperation of Mr Dieter Schulz with dentists and dental technicians. This kit contains IQ ash-free sculpturing wax in blue, neon-yellow and neon-green, underlining wax in caramel, a cervical wax in black and an IQ ash-free sculpturing wax for NAT. Each tin is 8g.
